Allison Ray Promoted to SVP, Director of Loan Operations
In her new role, Allison will provide strategic leadership for the Bank’s Loan Operations team, overseeing both the Origination and Servicing departments.
Allison brings approximately 27 years of banking experience to the position. Throughout her career, she has served in a variety of roles, including Teller, Customer Service Representative, Loan Assistant, Credit Analyst, Branch Manager and Consumer Lender. This broad experience has given her a strong understanding of both the customer experience and the many teams that work together to serve them.
A graduate of Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College with an Associate of Business Administration and Shorter College with a Bachelor of Business Administration, Allison has built her career in both community and regional banking. Community banking, she says, is especially meaningful because of the opportunity to build lasting relationships and share in important milestones in customers’ lives.
As she steps into this leadership role, Allison looks forward to working alongside the Loan Operations team to strengthen processes, enhance efficiencies and provide an even better experience for both internal and external customers. She is also passionate about investing in the next generation of banking professionals and helping others grow in their careers.
